About Bosch CG
Bosch CG advises owners, boards, and executive teams of IT services and technology firms on profit, growth, and transaction readiness. The firm was founded in 2023 to provide senior, experience-based commercial advice to leaders navigating scale, complexity, and high‑stakes decisions.
Bosch CG operates as a focused advisory practice. We do not deliver implementation services or sell packaged solutions. Our work is centred on helping leadership teams make better commercial decisions earlier, with a clear view of profit, risk, and enterprise value.
The Operator’s Perspective
Bosch CG was founded by Gerben Bosch following more than twenty years in senior COO and CFO roles within IT services and technology organisations. His experience includes leading a business through a tenfold revenue growth journey, improving profitability under scale, and integrating multiple acquisitions across different technology ecosystems.
Having carried direct P&L accountability, Gerben has operated on both sides of the table. He has worked with boards, investors, and executive teams under growth pressure, margin compression, and transaction scrutiny. This background shapes Bosch CG’s advisory posture. Advice is grounded in lived experience, commercial reality, and an understanding of the consequences of decisions once they are executed.
The firm exists to provide the kind of peer-level challenge and commercial judgement that owners and executives often lack as their organisations outgrow founder-led control.
How Bosch CG Works
Bosch CG works alongside leadership teams as an independent advisor. Engagements are advisory in nature and designed to support executive decision-making rather than replace management ownership.
The focus is on shaping and testing the commercial assumptions that underpin growth plans, delivery models, and transaction readiness. This includes pricing logic, resourcing assumptions at a commercial level, delivery and operating model choices, governance, and capital allocation decisions. Execution remains with management teams, supported by clearer judgement and sustained commercial discipline as the business evolves.
Our advisory is supported by a proprietary toolset that accelerates insight and sharpens commercial discussion, enabling more informed and timely decisions without shifting focus away from leadership judgement.
Principles
Bosch CG operates with a small set of guiding principles that reflect how we work with clients:
- Trust and confidentiality in all engagements and discussions
- Practical, value-driven advice grounded in commercial reality
- Independence of thought, providing candid challenge when it matters
- Respect for management ownership, with execution remaining firmly with leadership teams
These principles are reflected in how we engage, advise, and build long-term relationships with our clients.
