Profit and growth
Steering margin as you scale, so growth improves profit rather than diluting it.
Explore our services →Bosch CG works with owners, boards, and leadership teams of IT and professional services firms, from founder-led teams to larger groups, through the moments that set what a firm is worth: scaling beyond founder-led control, lifting and protecting margin, preparing for a sale, or working through an acquisition. Not through more activity or another layer of management, but by getting the few decisions right that the rest of the firm can then run on, so the business creates value that does not rest on any one person.

Explore our services →We help you put in place the few things that let the firm decide well on its own, without leaning on you for every call.
With those in place, the right decisions get made at the right moment by the people closest to them, and teams are connected by the same numbers rather than coordinated by the owner.
A clear set of commercial principles the firm can decide by, without leaning on you for every call.
Targets set in Profitdrive, the forward-profit platform we bring, so they stay visible to the whole team and are measured automatically, not buried in a spreadsheet only you maintain.
A review rhythm that holds everyone to those targets.

Bosch CG is led by Gerben Bosch, who spent more than twenty years in senior finance and operations roles inside services firms at scale, as CFO and then COO of Capgemini Australia and New Zealand (2,000 plus people), through tenfold revenue growth and the integration of multiple acquisitions. He has carried direct P&L accountability and sat on both sides of the deal table. That is the perspective Bosch CG brings to an owner or board: judgement grounded in what actually happens once a decision is made.
